100 guests or more advice
Full service
catering for groups of a hundred or more is what we've been
doing since 2002. Summer is our busiest season. We have
good availability Monday thru Thursday in the summer.
Summer weekends start booking up in January and we even have a
few events that are booked a year early. Call us as soon
as you have a date in mind. The two consideration
when when booking full service catering is our availability and
a $2,500 minimum charge Friday, Saturday and Sunday in the
summer.

99 guests or less advice
For groups
of 99 or less there are three options:
Pickup
Our "By The Pan" Menu is our most popular option for groups of 1

Drop-Off
This is the same as pick-up except we delivery the food and can
setup the buffet.

Service Catering
We are happy to provide full service catering with an onsite
smoker for groups as small as 60 subject to our is our availability.
All full service catering is by reservation and the quote is the
confirmed pricing.

Ice Tea or Lemonade or Bulk Ice Water (Please Choose

Coffee & Condiments $2.50 per guest
12oz Cans of Soda (Pepsi or Coke products) and Bottled Water
$1 per bottle or can
Other drinks available upon request
Coffee, Ice Tea and Lemonade are always served from urns.
All you can drink Ice Water
is served from an urn. This is for drink service while food is being
served. Extended drink service is an additional charge. This is
only available with full service catering.
Customers are
welcome to provide their own drinks, with an extra charge if we
are required to provide stocking or serving of drinks.
For pick-up,
delivery or drop-off catering
Drinks are $1.50 per can of soda or 1.05 Pint (500ml) bottle of
spring water with pick-up, delivery or drop-off catering. Cups
and
ice are available for an extra charge

Setting up buffet more than 50 feet from

Wedding planning or the extended hours that
in our experience is always required for a wedding.
We are happy to provide this service for an extra charge.
More than 90% of weddings do not plan for eating the cake.
Plates, Napkins and Fork as well as cake cutting is also an
available extra service.
