Göteborgs-Posten (Gothenburg Post) Scandinavia's Second
Biggest Daily Paper sent their travel editor and a
photographer to our Los Angles area BBQ Class in Burbank.
Thefeature story was the lead in the June 2006 weekend magazine and
included a multi page photographic spread all about our BBQ
class at the Burbank Hilton on March 25th, 2006. Both
the travel editor and photographer are big BBQ fans. The
photographer even owns an Oklahoma Joe which is very rare in
Sweden. They left the class in search of a BBQ Galore store
to buy rib racks which they saw used for the first time
during the class.
