The best catered BBQ I've had was Teddy Bear BBQ
(www.teddybearbbq.com) for a work function of ~150 people. The
food was out of this world, including the sides. They towed in a
giant grill/smoker which was kind of fun to see. I actually
prefer the North Carolina vinegar-based style of BBQ (which
isn't what this is),
but I still enjoyed it. My coworker and I compared notes
afterwards and regretted that we didn't have another piece of
lemon cake. They do BBQ contests and street fairs as well.
